Live Arrival Concerns

If there is an issue with your live feeder shipment, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the package and insects, and a brief description of the issue.

Wholesale & Bulk Orders

Pet stores, breeders, rescues, reptile keepers, and other high-volume customers are welcome to contact us about wholesale availability, recurring orders, and regional supply options.
